Due to high humidity, a touch up to the back end of my car did not dry properly. They came out and told me right away. They were not satisfied with it and I shouldn’t be either. They asked me to return and I was happy I did. A week later everything turned out great.

My car needed repair work on the rear bumper and tailgate hatch due to be hit in a parking lot. On a very humid day, it was touched up at 1Collision. The office manager and repair man came out to tell me they were not satisfied with how it turned out because of the weather that day. I understand that completely as my husband repaired furniture and would never spray or paint on a humid day. They hoped I would bring it back for them to do properly. I did one week later and it turned out perfect. This was the first time I have gone there, but I will go back again. I’m sure if needed.

It was obvious that 1Collision in Germantown was VERY busy, but when I picked up my van, the Weathertek mats were not put back into their rightful places. I asked where the missing mats were. They had all been thrown into the rear hatch area of my van. I am 77 years old and use a cane due to hip and knee problems. It is very hard for me to put those mats in. The woman saw this and had a worker come out to put them in. However, he did not put back the one for the third seat. I had to do that one myself. Also, someone there must have taken a rag and run it over the dash including the screen. The rag was not clean, and I need to get some Windex or cleaner to wipe all the film off. That I can do easily enough, but it’s a bit annoying. Last, there is a minor scratch above the gas cap that could have been buffed out. The other two places I took my van to to get estimates said they would buff it out. 1Collision did not do that. All the negatives being said, the tailgate and bumper look good. I know from a previous experience with 1Collision that his was not up to their usual standards.

Did a great job fixing the hail damage on my truck. Truck had at least 50 dents and can’t find any of them. They even cleaned the interior. Will be back if I have future needs
