Overall good. Couple of reasons it was an 8 instead of a 10. The girl working the front desk called for pickup before the car was done. I had to bring it back for recalibration. I also had to throw away water bottles that were left in my vehicle from the workers. There was black tape left on the windshield and I was given no instructions on when to remove the tape or when it was safe for a car wash (I know from another vehicle I own that there is a waiting period before getting it washed). The work is great and pricing was great but the communication and workers cleaning up after themselves was not up to par.

Working with 1Collision was easy and seamless from the first call through pickup. When I called to schedule an appt after my accident, I was taken aback, in a good way, by the concern they showed about my well being. They made me feel like an individual not just another job/vehicle to fix. Throughout the process they communicated well and were easy to work with. It was a really great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.
