Everyone was great in the process, but the finish work came up short. Panel did not fit right to the door, and there was exposed metal left behind the panel and on the screws holding the panel.

I had to come back the same day. The tire pressure light was on. The button for my truck did not work. The Detail work I asked to be done could have been better. The inside of the front & rear windows was not done correctly. The waxing on the car could have been done a lot better. There was wax left on the car. It wasn’t fully waxed out. Bought the car back in today. The paint wasn’t done right the first time.

At first, I was there to get my antenna fixed. during the process of antenna repair my fender was scratched. Repairs were attempted using touch up paint and it was obvious it would not do. The personnel were very apologetic and made me feel assured it would be fixed professionally - and at no cost.

The final quality of the work was very good, but the initial quality was makeshift repair for a scratch caused by the installer of my antenna.

It took several days to get a response regarding my quote. After several days and two attempts to get my quote via email, I gave up and came to the store in person to pick up my quote. Not a big deal but an inconvenience. Other than that customer service was good. I give it a seven.
