Communication was poor. After a previous collision repair/totaling Chantel called to get us a rental. That was very helpful, but then found out later that the insurance company would not cover that sized vehicle and we were left paying for the balance. This time, we dropped off our van with hail damage, waited for the estimate, marked that we wanted a call before beginning the work, and spoke specifically about that. Then when I finally got a call, the work had already begun. The amount of hail damage was significant, but much of it inconspicuous and in areas not worth fixing. I wanted to discuss what to fix and what not to fix, but by the time I got the call, the van was already apart. We worked through that, and the quality of dent repair was good, but there are stains on the headliner because when it was removed, hands were not clean. There was a spot that needed to be buffed on the hood after the dent repair. And it was just dirty. I was surprised to see a vehicle that got body work done, not get washed before being returned to the owner. We were in previously with a van after a deer collision. Immediately upon picking the van up, I noticed the air conditioning didn't work. I can't believe that you wouldn't test what you repaired. The air conditioning was part of the repair, and it didn't work. How was that not tested. We brought it back. Got it charged. It worked for a day or two and then same problem. In the end, it worked, but it just seems like a pattern of carelessness. I'm disappointed to say after 3 experiences with your business, I don't think I could come back.
