paint, haves runs in it And stuffmarks, the Fender does not lineup. They said they would wash the vehicle. I had to go and pay $65 to have it washed because there was still compound. Residue The blinker is not working.

Unless I am compensated for my time and truck fixed or whatever makes it right... I will not refer at all ...I have over 3,000 customers who I detail their cars and handle their paint issues or mechanical and they will know unless this is made right. I make sure my customers are always happy before I leave.

Paint has runs and scuff marks from buffer, pulling to the right front end alignment wasn't do on it or did a bad job light cuts on n off has bad exhaust smell coming threw the vents while driving no cap on tire no lug nut still missing had over half a tank when pulled it onto wrecker day I got it was almost on empty, truck gas a hard idle now like someone ragged on it while test driving it. Gas milage went from 21.4 to 16.2 when I picked it up so I know it was not drivin right. Whoever drove it had to rehash it due to all the compound left on panels and tires ect. Cost me another 65$. Vehicle was rushed even lady at front desk said so offered to fix it if I dropped off and left it but I run a buisness and don't have the means or time to fix others mess ups instead of letting me keep the rental longer instead rushing the truck so now I have no way to work when I drop off this truck for yall to fix it!!!!

I am already planning to drop off my Mazda CX-9 this Wednesday and I will certainly recommend them to all of my friends, family and co-workers.

The work looks amazing and I felt they went above and beyond by identifying some damage to one of the alloy wheels that we had not even seen. They got that repaired AND they replaced the protective undercarriage shield that was in really bad shape.

They kept us well informed but, the thing that really struck me was, they waited a little after closing to accommodate us as we were going to be about 5 minutes late. Then, when we got there, I asked Juan if he would take a quick look at an issue I was having with the seam where the right front fender joins the bumper. He agreed without hesitation. As a result, I was able to understand that there was nothing more than a broken clip that holds those clips and I am going to take it in for repair this week. I had submitted photos and had online quotes from 2 other providers and they were both over $4000 in price. Juan's fix could save me over $3500.

Repairs to my Mazda look good. But when asked to quote my other 2 vehicles, Juan got an attitude with me when I told him I was not authorizing the work right now. Needed to wait till I got my house repair cost first. Large deductible on my house and told him I could not afford the 2 more deductibles on the vehicles until I knew my home out of pocket expenses. He refused to offer me any options and believe my quote on my camry was just thrown together real quick as he knew he wasn't getting the job. Not professional at all.
