Optimum Collision perfectly repaired the body work on my car! The men I dealt with kept me informed about all progress and any changes that occurred. We are happy with our service at Optimum. After being rear-ended by an uninsured driver, my State Farm insurance adjuster told me to go where I wanted or to one of their recommended repair shops. I bought my car from Platinum so I chose their associate shop. They communicated well each step of the way including the evaluation, estimate, ordering of parts, approval from State Farm, and the time expected to complete the repair. There were no surprises! My car looked great. The paint was perfect- i have a "granite glittery" paint color on my Pacifica and the color is spot on. They also programmed the sensors without any problems. I've had my car for 2 weeks now and all is good!
