I had heard good things about Yates, but left disappointed with the outcome of my truck. And it was something minor could only imagine how upset I would be if it was something larger done. Nice people, but made me feel like I was crazy for not being satisfied with the work, like somehow it was my fault. I took it back and They didn’t want to take it apart to fix a very small issue. That has nothing to do with the aftermarket bumper like he tried to tell me. They even had another Dodge there, exactly like mine and showed me that one and I was able to see the difference. At that point I was already fed up and wanted to leave. It’s a piece of rubber that was jammed up because the tech did not line it up correctly when putting the new bumper on one side. And lastly When I got home, I had to tighten some of the screws that were loose as well.

Top notch service from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my truck. They did a great job and it looks wonderful and I got it back a day earlier than they said it would be….100% recommend Yates!!!

I felt greeted the second I walked in the door then I had the pleasure of working with Rocky Yates. I just needed some minor painting and touchup work done and he walked me through a few different scenarios and I chose the one that best fitted me very affordable and efficient. He said 2 to 3 days. It was ready in a day and a half.. Extremely satisfied and will go back for sure!

When I got my truck back, I drove it on the highway and immediately noticed that the steering wheel and foot pedal were vibrating. The truck also did not sound right while I was driving it, so I’m concerned that something may not have been repaired correctly. I would like for the truck to be inspected again to determine what is causing the vibration and unusual noise before I continue driving it.
