Installed wrong grill, supposed to be all chrome not black. Bumper on right side has LARE gap between fender. Good is too hard to shut needs adjustment. This was supposed to be a simple job??

I know the pandemic was a big problem but it was scheduled to be done the beginning of September and we didn't get our car back to the 22nd of October and it was in the shop the beginning of August. I understand things are out of their control but you need to be more transparent when we're calling around repair shops to see a time on completion or even when they first received our car and ordered all the parts their should've been a heads up he may get delayed due to waiting on parts by almost 2 months. When that's your only way of transportation and insurance only pays for a rental for a month it's gets stressful. As far as the repair and the condition of the car given back to us it look good and drives good they did a really good job.
