First I donât like the fact that we had to make a second trip to pick up our car because the work was not satisfactory. There was a scuff on the bumper and the hood needed repainted. Although the owner did immediate fix this at our request I expect the owner to have quality inspected the car and found these blemishes prior to letting us know it was ready. Also I called the owner after the car was received at the shop and explained that my daughter was involved in the accident and expressed my concerns and hesitations about having a non dealer complete the repairs. I was mainly converned about numerous safety features that did not appear to engage during the accident. Iâd asked the owner if he would be sure to document and take as many pictures as possible so i would be able to go back to Nissan to show the damages. Instead I received a picture of a computer download from the car to show it didnât pick up any accident. Nissan could have done this. What I wanted was the detailed pictures and a professional inspection that depicted the extrnt of the damages and the professional opinion on if the airbags should have deployed.
