There should be an option to pay by debit card, check, or another form of payment other than credit card so that the customer doesn't have to incur a credit card transaction fee on thousands of dollars worth of repairs. The only way I was told that I could avoid this charge would be to pay in cash which seems crazy. Other than that, the work was excellent, the car was delivered on time, and I received prompt updates regarding the status of the vehicle.

The people at first class auto repair were friendly helpful, and courteous. When I picked up the automobile, it looked like it was brand new. They did a great job repairing all the damage. I would highly recommend first class auto repair to any of my friends.

I learned about 1st Class Auto Body after my wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and she took her vehicle there for service. We were blown away by the quality of work, up to date communication, and kindness that they showed during the entire process. Hence, when I unfortunately got into a motor vehicle accident months later in my own vehicle, there was no questions in my mind about where I wanted to have my vehicle fixed other than 1st Class Auto Body.

Excellent service from start to finish. Not only did they repair my car beautifully, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the interior, removing trash, and giving the car a wash.
