Bob and the other people, I sorry I didn't catch their names, were very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Any issue I had was addressed right away. At one point I had a family emergency and Bob was kind enough to offer their services to drive me to the airport. I mean who does that? A most unexpected and very gracious offer. Bob was also able to work with my timeline and at the end of the day all was very right with the world! Matilda was the most efficient and informative representative. She had my rental car ready when I arrived together with all the paperwork. It was a very smooth process. As the work. went on I had a family emergency that I had to attend to and Matilda was able to process the necessary paperwork that was due at that time with not a problem. When I returned to pick up the car all was ready and complete for me to finish the service. I have truly never experienced such a nice and welcoming service with an auto body shop.
