I am SO BLOWN AWAY at the incredible customer service I received at 1st Class Auto Body in Wakefield. Samantha was beyond adept at handling every aspect of my experience- from the first call I made, to a follow up from her, I could not be more impressed. My car looks brand new now; not only did they fix the body damage but they completely detailed the interior and exterior. I can tell that they took the time to neatly place my belongings in the trunk while they cleaned my car to a brand new shine! I can not thank them more for their care and professional service- will recommend to everyone I know!

Super happy with the whole experience. I arrived at the shop on the wrong date for my appointment for the estimate. No problem, they still took me promptly. The estimate was very reasonable. The customer service was excellent. The appointment for the repair was fast. The repair didn’t take long. Great communication. And I was surprised about and greatly appreciated the detail cleaning, especially since it was a small job. Great job from start to finish. Thanks!
