"I had to go back twice to fix the same issue, with one clip or bracket missing on drivers side, I brought it to there attention before I left there the first time and they told me it was suppose to have play, which wasnt right called my insurance person, they talked to them at auto clinic, then it was okay to bring this back in to have missing clip fixed. They fix missing clip and when I go back to pickup up car, I didnt see it asked them where it was parked and they pointed to some other guys business around the Conor, I walk over there only to find my car parked with my new bumper right up against some other persons business front door with a dusty half finished tow truck behind it picking up half done dusty body work cars and as I looked back at my car there was a woman with a giant baby carriage and a toddler in baby carriage trying to squeeze by the front of my car with my new bumper and the door opening of the other businesses front door where auto clinic park my car. The baby carriage was made out of metal and there like no space between where my car was parked and the person trying to get in to the other businesses front door and I tried to move my quickly but then the carrier truck loading dusty cars that were half done smashed Autobody cars was blocking me in with dusty cars on truck bed and had a really difficult time trying to back up and just barely made it out of there without in that small congested space. I went in to office to mention it to them and they didnt even care or come out of office just said sorry from sitting in office chair and she said that wasnt there before they said, In a non caring tone, I feel like they did that to be wise almost on purpose because i walked walked around the Conor while they where still working on my car for the missing clip and I wasnt there when car was ready and walked back within 3 minutes of them calling me that car was ready. I feel it is really upsetting that is how they treat customers cars. Also, after going back in there to ask why they parked my car like that in front of other buisness and got a quick sorry, I then asked if there was any paper work with this and she looks at me kind of weird and said nope, and we just looked at each other for a moment in complete silence and she I felt was waiting for me to say something about car and I didnt and just left, when I got home a day later I went to get car cleaned at car wash as I was waxing car and noticed two small paint loss spots on either side of passenger and driver side door and one in hood like two dot paint loss spots on either side that was not there before I brought it in too them, I feel like whatever they did putting new bumper with clip maybe it was there tools could have done that. I feel like it was them but cant prove it 100 percent but it wasnt there before I brought it in. and I feel if they did carelessly with tools and thats just awful. Im disappointed in bringing my car there and dont like the way me or my car was treated, and it took me to have my insurance call them to fix that missing bracket clip, because when I was first picked up and brought that to there attention they told me thats the way it is and wasnt going to fix it. This experience is just unacceptable and I feel in my opinion they could have done better." Read less
