Body work looks excellent. One branding tag was not replaced on the front grill. Some job related dust inside car. Otherwise, wonderful job.

The repair that was done because of the claim came out beautiful. However, there was a scratch inside of a dent unrelated to the claim that was a result from somebody at the shop. I drove to Beverly back to show them the scratches and they were able to buff them out on the spot. It’s not perfect but it looks better. Honestly, some other person may have insisted that they repaint the entire door, but I just wanted my car back. Also, I don’t even know the name of the guy that took me out to my car, but he never introduced himself and he didn’t even say boo to me. I did thank the gentleman who did the buffing.

Did I receive service at the Peabody location? Yes. Was it excellent! No, which is why I am giving the 5 rating. The two times that I dealt with Lisa Thibodeau something was off about her. Her energy wasn’t very positive. I learned my car was ready on Tuesday morning because I had called the Beverly repair shop and they said it was being towed over to the Peabody location. So I expected a call real soon, right? No call. I had some errands to do so I drove by the Peabody location and saw my car sitting right out front. I pulled in and went inside and asked Lisa how long had my car been here and she said since this morning, like were you going to call me?? Then we walked outside and I showed her the additional scratches that the Beverly shop had made to my car, and she rendered no assistance but to say that I’d have to call my insurance company. Well after I called my insurance company they told me that I needed to take that up with the Auto Body Clinic. Wouldn’t you think that Lisa would’ve told me to just call the Beverly repair shop? SMH.

I have not been able to evaluate whether the damage on the outside was done well, because I am sick. However, the Clinic left the inside filthy. There was no dirt on the steering wheel when I dropped off my car. It was so dirty when it was returned that the secretary had to come out and clean it with soap and water in the freezing cold weather. In addition, past repair shops have detailed the car after repair. The Clinic failed to do that. Is detailing the repaired car not part of the standard?
