Overall the service was what I anticipated again my disappointments were in lack of communication they're pushed for a immediacy of pick up No one reviewed the repair with my wife And I had to request that a repair invoice be sent to me by email it was not immediately available Again I think better communication before during and after the repair would be helpful also they never did a follow up call to see if I was satisfied We are once again away on vacation but I will need to follow up with them on the potential of a paint color difference

Honestly I think the quality and the timing was good But I just recently looked at the color match and the shading looks off the painted panel looks more yellow

Quality of repair - 10, process - 8. Beverly Auto is not pro active in regards to communications. Delivery of my repaired car was delayed due to an issue at their site. Beverly Auto did not contact me to indicate the delivery date would be delayed.
