I looked up what people had to say about triple nickel it was all positive. Even though they were not on the recommended list of body shops from the insurance co. It was a good decision. They took care of the rental car through the whole process, provided updates, and were able to upgrade some parts. Business was neat and organized. Car looks great and would highly recommend. Triple nickel is an amazing repair shop!! They communicate very frequently always keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle repair. Their customer service and front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Though you're going through the stress of having to get your vehicle repaired and be without it for a while. They are excellent at getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle here three times and each time I was able to get my vehicle repaired in excellent condition and back to me in less than 2 weeks. This is the only shop I'll take my vehicles to for repairs.

Triple Nickel has fixed my car more than once. They go above and beyond. They keep you informed of what part of the process your vehicle is at without being asked. I’m very particular and hard to please when it comes to a vehicle not being exactly the way I bought it. Triple Nickel delivers and returns my car exactly the way it was bought always in better condition than when I bring it to them. They are neat, clean, and organized. I recommend them to everyone.

The finished work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I messed up handling my insurance and the rental in my policy, and with an upcoming vacation I put more pressure on the shop's shoulders. But everyone, from the front desk to the repair came through for me and I thank them.
