What a great experience. Derak and his team are very unique in the auto body repair industry. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Derak, the owner, would call me to give updates on the status of everything from insurance to repair progress. He called as promised every time. Who does that these days!! He took care of everything with the insurance company and made sure my vehicle was fixed properly and thoroughly. The finished job was outstanding. It looks brand new. Greatly appreciate the work and the communication. I highly recommend going to Derak at Imperial Auto Body for your auto body needs.

Excellent experience. Derak was communicative. Took care of everything with the insurance company. As a matter of fact, I never spoke to my insurance company. The work was done on time. The work was superb. The truck looks brand new and everything is functioning properly I could not have asked for a better experience in while I hope I do not need Derak services anytime soon. If I do, I will definitely go back and I suggest to anyone that needs bodywork on your vehicle to go to Imperial Auto.

Was happy till I started noticing these things been trying to look for new headlight driving me nuts tht how noticed other things cause I cant stop staring and fixated on it.

Rims dont match fog lights dont match color is darker same with rim darker then the rest of my car. Hood sits up higher then left side with old light. Im so upset tht didn't notice this when I picked up car was just so excited to be getting it back. Said they painted door but to rust spot by door frame expensive paint they said they repaint the door.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed after picking up your vehicle, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Your 2011 Toyota Venza was in our shop from February 12 to February 25. At pickup, our owner inspected and reviewed the completed repairs with you, and no concerns were raised at that time. Since the vehicle is about 15 years old, installing new parts next to older ones can sometimes create minor visual differences beyond our control. The rim was replaced with a new OEM Toyota rim, matching manufacturer specifications. The fog lights were not replaced or repaired because they were not damaged and were not included in the insurance estimate. Regarding the hood alignment, it was properly adjusted during the repair. The front may appear slightly different because the left headlight was replaced with a new unit. As a courtesy, we buffed the right headlight to help reduce that contrast. The rust mentioned near the door frame was outside the scope of the approved repairs. Our work addressed only the outer front door panel damaged in the collision, as covered by the insurance estimate. Fixing the door frame rust would require replacing the door. Regarding communication, updates were provided to your husband per your request, with calls documented on February 16, 24, and 25. Since your review, we have attempted to contact you to discuss your concerns, but we have not yet been able to reach you. We would welcome the opportunity to review the vehicle with you and answer any questions. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
