I am not that satisfied with the repair quality. The initial issues with the paint and the front fender were not adequately addressed, leading to additional complications and delays. Quality Control: Upon the initial repair completion date, there were noticeable paint issues and the front fender was still not fixed, highlighting a need for improved quality control and thorough inspection before notifying customers that their vehicle is ready for pick-up.

Positive Aspects: Initial engagement with the store manager, Robert, was professional and prompt. Technician Panda showed effort in addressing the paint issues. Areas for Improvement: Delayed Repairs: The initial completion date was set for May 3rd, but due to unresolved paint issues and an unfixed front fender, the car has remained in the shop well beyond this date. Battery Management: Despite assurances, the car's battery was allowed to deplete dangerously close to 0%, reaching less than 1% before it was charged. This poses a significant risk to the vehicle’s components, as Tesla advises that "Discharging a Tesla battery to 0% can damage its components, including the low-voltage battery and onboard electronics." Communication: There were multiple instances where I had to initiate follow-ups to get updates and ensure actions were taken, indicating a lack of proactive communication from the shop. Suggestions for Improvement: Ensure realistic repair timelines are communicated and adhered to. Implement strict battery management protocols for electric vehicles to prevent damage. Enhance communication strategies to keep customers informed about their vehicle status without them needing to repeatedly reach out. Improve quality control measures to ensure all aspects of the repair are completed and meet customer expectations before declaring the job done. Conclusion: While there were some positive interactions, the overall experience was marred by significant delays, poor battery management, inadequate communication, and quality control issues. Addressing these areas would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and trust in your services.

Thank you Robert, Jessica and team to make my car look like nothing happened. I was a bit worried since it was my first time ( ofcourse I do not wish for any more time for my car :) ). Talking to Robert gain my trust to leave my car there with them instead taking it to another collision that more popular. I like that they use OEM to replace my part, not market one, I did not notice about this until my cousin told me OEM means original part from manufature which is good. I appreciate how fast the services that Robert and team commited to help me get car back in perfect condition and timing. I definitely recommend all friends and family to you if any trouble to them about their cars. Thank you again for your great service!
