I'd recommend Caliber but I'd warn anyone not to try and find them on Maps. The location is incorrect. Unfortunately you'll have to submit corrections until they finally fix it; it happened to my home address once. The map provider refreshed but had bad data.

The repair was flawless and much better than I anticipated. I thought I was looking at a showroom car when I first saw it as my car was sparkling and polished.

I dropped my car off on Mon (8/31) and Shari quoted me an ETA of a 1-2 weeks. She told me she would try expedite as I wanted to pickup before labor day weekend and to my astonishment, the car was completed by Fri (9/4) which was much earlier than anticipated. Marcos explained that they not only replaced my bumper, but also checked the sensor electronics to ensure that they were working properly.

Paint job was badly done and it’s supposed to be a Mercedes Benz certified body shop. They literally painted over the dirt you can see big dust specks and orange peel on the bumper, the sensor were not correctly calibrated as well. My car came out looking worse than how I brought it in with the damage. That’s how bad it was done

My impression was it looked brand new! It had a nice look where it was damaged and now I am happy to have my car back, better than it was before. Note: I left two garage remotes in the rental car by mistake. I need to retrieve them! Thanks!

My husband, my daughter, and have been taking our vehicles to Caliber Collision in Walnut/Hacienda Heights for years, and they have never Hacienda disappointed us. This week, my parked car was damaged in a hit-and-run in a small parking lot, resulting in approximately $3,000 worth of damage. I immediately called my insurance company, and when they asked where I would like to have my car repaired, there was no hesitation—I requested Caliber Collision. After speaking with my insurance company, I called the local police to report the accident. By the time I finished that call, Caliber Collision was already reaching out to me. Their receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and I was able to drive directly to their shop. I was greeted immediately, and within just a few minutes I was introduced to Michael Robertson, who would be my service advisor. From the very beginning, Michael has not only met my expectations but exceeded them in so many ways. He has proven to be professional, caring, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make an already stressful situation as easy as possible. There is a reason our family has continued to trust Caliber Collision Walnut/Hacienda Heights with our vehicles over the years.
