The car repair was finished ahead of the promised delivery date. The front office staffers were friendly and the service agent assigned to me, Michael, was very professional.

Repair shop personnel were very professional.

The managers Michael and Marcus did the good job of restoring the car before the promised date of delivery.

The door seal seems to be problematic. You can hear the wind over 60 mph which wasn’t there before. Also the door hinge is much tighter than before. It is harder to close now.

Friendly, trustworthy and professional. I’ve used Caliber before and they do excellent work. They update you to let you know what’s going on in terms of the progress of the repairs and the give you an estimate of the completion date and always complete the repairs ahead of schedule.
