Got rear-ended and went to Caliber through my insurance. Customer service was okay; however, waiting time was a little longer than anticipated due to a part that took longer to deliver. It’s been a week and as estimated by caliber it should have been delivered yet we still haven’t received any update. I got the car back a day later than expected with everything else repaired but I still retain the old part and am still waiting for them to receive it so it can be replaced.
