I want to thank Ricardo for his personal attention and always letting me know what was happening in the repair process. He also coordinated extensions of car rental with Enterprise. It was a very seamless process. The person who works at the counter was always very warm and welcoming and efficient. I know it has been very hot. Kudos to the guys working in the shop. At first, I was a bit unsure because of the reviews I had seen—I thought they might not be true—but I was truly surprised and satisfied with the work they did. The receptionists are very kind and answer all your questions, and the team working on the cars is very professional. Their manager is excellent; from start to finish, everyone made me feel at ease and confident that everything would turn out well. My car looks extremely beautiful—just like new.
