We had the body work done on our Honda Odyssey earlier this month through an insurance claim. We were so impressed with the excellent work that we asked Jorge for an estimate to repair our Hyundai Santa Fe as well. Our Santa Fe is 14 years old, and since we only had liability insurance, we had almost given up on repairing it. Another company had given us an estimate that was more than the car was worth. When Jorge gave us his estimate, it was less than half of the other estimate, so we decided to go ahead without hesitation. Caliber did a wonderful job on our Santa Fe\. The work was excellent, and honestly, it feels like we have a brand-new car again instead of a 14-year-old one! Thank you, Jorge, and the entire Caliber team, for the great work and excellent service. We are very happy with the results.

Rating would've been higher if customer service didn't keep calling and trying to convince me pick up the vehicle on the same day it was ready, even after I have already explained repeatedly that I needed the next day to pick it up.

It was great that I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the repairs. I would have rated the customer service higher if I was not pressed repeatedly with several follow-up calls to pick up the vehicle on the same day it was ready for pick up, which I couldn't because I was working that day and wouldn't make it back until evening and I explained that I wanted to have daylight to be able to properly inspect the vehicle's body repairs visually.
