Job was well performed and definitely appreciated the cleaning inside of the vehicle. It was a bit out of hand but they cleaned it before giving the car back. I’d say Caliber out performed Gerber Collision this time around.

Excellent communication by all staff, especially Ruben. Quality of work exceeded expectation. Although it took 2 weeks, I understood why once Ruben explained to me the schedule, staffing, insurance approvals, etc. that contribute to the length of repair time. Very professional and thorough. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and communication (calls, texts, emails, paperwork and person to person) by all staff, especially Ruben. Quality work and truly appreciate my car being washed when I picked it up. Although I was a little surprised how long it was going to take, Ruben took the time to explain all the factors to consider on length of time to repair. While there was an extra day delay it was well worth it since your thoroughness detected one last problem that you successfully addressed. Caliber Collision is awesome! Thank you!

When I took the car everything was working mechanically, when I picked up the car AC was not working, days later the car wouldn't start everything was not turning on completely dead, called a tow truck at my own expense and the technician said battery cables were loose. When I took the car the cables were nice and tight and AAA installed the battery a few months ago. Completely unsatisfied with this shop and I have taken my vehicles to Caliber but this shop is the worst experience after an accident I have ever had.

I addressed my AC issues with Ruben the manager and he claims they couldn't not test the AC "due to a machine was not working" didn't offer another solution as the car having issues at the time of pick up

My family and I have always taken our cars here. The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in with Jackie everybody can be up-to-date and what was going on when I went to pick it up.
