"While I am greatly appreciative of the hard-work put in by the Tri-State team... I am quite disappointed in a few issues. Upon recieving my car, there was a 2 inch scratch on the drivers side of the car near the rear-view mirror. Stickers that were in my dash were shoved down into the cup-holders where they are not easily removable. The stereo was turned up to the max volume. And items in my trunk were covered in greasy oily handprints, including but not limited to my girlfriends stuffed animals and my fathers suit."
