    "We received the car one day later than the originally scheduled date. Executive Collision called me on Day 2 and informed me that some additional repairs were identified and the completion date would shift by 2 days. I received updates on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. One additional part was identified during reassembly and I was told that the part was scheduled for delivery and should not delay completion. The repairs were complete and we got the car back just one day beyond the original estimated date. This was earlier than I expected. We have used Executive Collision multiple times over the years. They are one of the USAA recommended repair locations. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend them."
