I went over to the Ford Service center first because I didn't realize or understand but then that could be more Geico's fault. Service was fast and honest. I appreciate that. Steve said they were able to just repair the bumper and did not have to order a new one. I appreciate that they tried to just repair it first and then seeing that just a repair would be enough, then that's the route they took. It looked like a brand new bumper. Drop off and pickup was a breeze even with the added rental in the mix. Thank you Carolinas Collision!"
