I was extremely pleased with the service and the final result of my vehicle repair. The team worked together and set expectations. Jimmy Debenedittis was friendly and professional and explained the process and put my mind at ease. Lindsey LaRoche, my primary contact, was helpful and trustworthy. And finally, Clarissa (sp?) who answered the phone quickly every time I called, took the time to answer every question and gave me the advice I needed. It was a very positive experience and I would gladly recommend Caliber Collision in Wilmington. My vehicle looks great!

The repair was excellent. There is no indication at all that there was an accident. The color is seamless and I was very pleased with the quality control making sure everything was complete. The vehicle looks great!

The customer service was just as good, if not better than the repair. The communication and professionalism throughout the process was better than expected. I feel the team went above and beyond.
