My Acura was returned with conspicuous peeling/lifting on the driver-side bumper. Your shop worked on that side of the vehicle, and the repair estimate totals $4,288.37. This visible condition leaves me questioning the thoroughness of the repair and final inspection. Whether you consider this accident-related or preexisting, please explain why it remained at delivery without being brought to my attention. I am requesting a manager’s inspection, the itemized repair record, and confirmation of whether this bumper section was repaired or refinished. If you consider it outside the repair scope, please provide the relevant intake photographs and documentation supporting that explanation. Please provide a specific resolution plan. Any defective workmanship or incomplete authorized repairs should be corrected at no additional cost to me. Please respond by email or text within two business days so we can arrange the inspection.
