I had a terrible experience with Hollywood Collision Center. What was supposed to be a week-and-a-half repair dragged on for an entire month. They insisted I buy a new battery just to calibrate the blind spot sensor—yet the sensor still doesn’t work. To make matters worse, they charged my insurance for work they didn’t complete and clearly weren’t qualified to perform. They even called me to pick up the car, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. The vehicle was filthy inside and out, and I had to wait nearly two hours to finally get it back. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, or timely repairs.

Great experience here, I only bring my car’s here, they’re honest, friendly, and trustworthy. They’re always accommodating and keep you updated on your the progress of your vehicle. They’re always accommodating. They stand by their work 100% if there’s a problem or question they remedy the issue ASAP. They had my car for almost a week and I didn’t worry about it being with them because I knew she was being taken care of, I would recommend Hollywood Collision to everyone.

I. Was very satisfied with the job done on my 2008 Acura by Hollywood Collision. My car is now 17 years old, and looks and drives like a much more recent car. I am completely satisfied with the job HC has done . My driver’s side door had locked in place and. Could not open. . HC restored my car like new! I highly recommend them! them.
