Well, since the first call to the last they were very friendly and professional. Mike explained every little process how they work and he kept me on the loop at all times about what was going on with my car. He even went the extra mile to get me a free alternator for my car since it was making a squeaky noise. Plus when I dropped my car at the shop he took me back home... thanks Mike for everything and tell your team they did a great job on my car... it looks brand new and with the new alternator it runs so Smith like a butterfly. Job well done and on time, Big thank you to all at 3 stage Auto Collision.

Mike and his staff are awesome! My BMW was hit at an intersection I didn't think it was ever going to be the same I am driving it now and I am just amazed it looks better than it did before. I can't tell enough people about Mike and his team they communicated with me they got my Beemer done when they said they would...... just awesome!

As usual, Mike and his team have done a spectacular job in bringing my vehicle back to pre-loss condition. I was sold on the high quality work that this shop produces the very first time I dropped off my vehicle. This was the fourth vehicle which Mike has repaired for me, and it is a high end luxury vehicle. He and his staff did such an amazing job that you would think the vehicle just rolled off the assembly line. Don’t be fooled by the smaller size of this shop. They spend the time necessary to bring the vehicle to perfection, and do not treat you as just another number. Out of 5 stars, 3 Stage Collision gets 10!! Thank you Mike and your entire team!!
