Sawgrass Infiniti Collision Center
5801 Madison Ave, Tamarac(954) 360-94005801 Madison Ave, Tamarac, FL 33321"I am a LONG time client of Sawgrass Infiniti. Probably nearly 20 years. I brought my 2011 G37 in for body work with Vanessa Moreno as my estimator. On the positive note, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me on keeping the price reasonable. For areas to improve--it was extremely difficult to get a hold of her whether through text, phone calls, etc... I almost came back to the dealer to pick up the car and cancel the entire thing as I've never been ghosted by a dealership before. The car was there from Sept 28 to Oct 19 just to paint and install a bumper cover...which seemed a long time. She did apologize and I get the feeling the dealership is short handed resulting in a high workload for her. But, I got the car back yesterday and the paint looks good and the panels lined up nicely. I would come back, but I would hope for better communication and updates next time."
