Our company is composed of competent, highly skilled, I-CAR certified, talented, and courteous employees. This is fundamental to our company as we emphasize customer service and satisfaction. At 360 Collision our goal is to provide a superior repair experience for each customer and our clients. We adhere to OEM repair procedures and specifications as well as offer in house pre repair and post repair scanning. We make use of industry leading equipment from our Car-O-Liner EVO1 system to spraying water based environmentally friendly Spies Hecker paint materials in our downdraft booths. We also offer in house suspension alignments. The health and safety of our customers is a priority for us at 360 Collision. Each vehicle is disinfected prior to delivery.

Joshua, the mechanic supervisor, was absolutely wonderful. His professionalism was appreciated, and service was excellent. However, the girl working the desk was rude, cold, and insulting. She offered no customer service, and no thanks were extended. Yes, we needed to be reminded about not paying with a check, but she did not do that in a professional way. She immediately said that my husband had signed an agreement. A little courtesy would have gone a long way. We love your company and have had work done there before.
