I am super impressed with 360 Collision Service. Let's start with customer service and the recepcionist. Super professional and atentive. Very informative. The constant uodates through text messages about the repairs where awesome. Now, I wished I was called with the last uodate of the car. The estimate time came up and there were no updates and no calls were made to let me know the car wasn't going to be fixed. I had to call. Day after, I was called to go pick up the car, which was exciting. And honestly unexpected. Furthermore, the recepcionist said that someone was bringing the car up and go with us through the repairs. I get that is was almost time to leave, but when my car was brought up all that was told to us is that my car was just the muffler and bumper fixed. Which I knew that wasn't all. No other comments on other fixes or other damages the car had. I knew some of what my car had, but it would have been nice to go through it all with the actual person that fixed it. But overall I am satisfied with the service provided and the ease of knowing I can rely on a professional repair shop that actually cares about the customer. Thank you!!!!
