You guys could have upselled me pretty hard - there’s a big scratch on my car that I’d have liked to have fixed, but everyone was so nice and professional at my checkin that I was able to get out pretty fast. If someone had just said “is there anything else you’d want us to look at?” I would have asked! But everyone was nice, I’d come again. You guys did a good job :)
