I was never called and informed about the repairs in my vehicle and it took 5 days for the repair to be completed. There was no communication Whatsoever from 365 Collision in that time.

My car looks great! I couldn't be happier. The repairs were quicker than I expected. I was constantly informed via text about the process and the expected pickup date and time. The experience was great and I will continue to go to 360. I recommend them because they are genuine and does great work.
