They were absolutely fantastic! Helping me with my repairs and being super kind and patient as I met them in Feb and they were kind and waited for me until late May to get my car fixed up and back on the road!! I appreciate you guys and absolutely love the service you guys provided me !

I was pleased by the service from the first phone call. All I had to do was get my car there. Everything else was taken care of from the car rental to easy updates on progress. The car came back looking like there was never any damage. I hope I never have to return but if I ever have auto body damage again, 3A is where I will go.

When I gave the car in to 3a body shop, my door was the only problem. When I picked it up, from them, the car had a rattling noise. I took it back - they said it’s not something that they broke - I must have driven over something to mess up the heat shields. I work from home and don’t drive except highways so that is just their excuse. Anyways they said to drop it off again for a day for them to fix it. When I picked it up second time - just as they were closing shop on Friday/ - the problem was still not fixed. They did nothing to fix it - I could tell that they forgot about it the whole day because they asked me to come back just at 5p to pick it up. I took it back a third time - now they are telling me something is broken in the cat converter. How did a car, In their shop for 10 days, for a door repair, start rattling when it comes out? And how is that not their fault to fix?

When I sent my car to the shop I had no lights on my dash , I get my car back fixed and there’s 4 lights on my dash including a check engine light , battery, “power system failure” and my car is driving mad weird now

With the way the economy is today. 3A auto body was fast and efficient to complete my repair on a timely manner. My car was immaculate when picked it up. Gerry and John we very polite and friendly to work with. I will highly recommend them ton anyone in need of repair.

I was very happy with the work and with the service. They completed the job in just a couple of days and when I got the car back I couldn’t even tell where the dent had been. Excellent job of blending the paint, too. The staff was very courteous and friendly (which is not the case with other auto body shops I’ve been to), and I loved that they detailed my car as well!
