I think if I was told honestly what was going on and not left guessing, I would have been more satisfied. I understand that some details change as the work begins, but would have been nice to know this at the time rather than finding out a week later that you are just starting what should have been done.

Perhaps it is just me, but when I am told vehicle would be ready after so much time, yet isn't, I get really frustrated. I heard next week for several weeks and no updates until I called. Originally told should take 3 weeks when it actually took 3 months.
