The rear bumper does not look like new as promised. I do not believe a coat of paint will rectify the problem. For the amount of money out of both my pocket & GEICO's pocket, I feel like the bumper needs to be fixed properly. On the driver's side, the clips are visible & on the passenger's side, a corner is protruding. This is unacceptable.

The Whole Staff was very Professional. For the entire process. Especially when I had to get my rental car. There were none available at the time when my vehicle was brought in on a Tow Truck I had my Service Dog with me and I don’t remember the Lady’s Name but she brought My Dog and I to the nearby Airport car rental location to expedite the whole process. Samantha called me to ensure that I got into a rental vehicle. I had difficulty getting into one and she kept checking one me to make sure I got into one. I also would like to Thank Todd for addressing all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was able to explain some Mechanical issues in basic terminology that I was able to understand. I was fully Satisfied with everyone and I would highly recommend 410 Collision to anyone who needs work on their vehicles

The broken plastics over the wheels were not replaced and we were given a tire that is not what was on it originally. We have mismatched tires now and will have to come out of our pocket to buy another one and make it right.
