I had a wonderful experience: I was updated almost daily on the status. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The work that was done was amazing. When they finished, they actually brought my car to me and took my rental back for me. I would highly recommend 410 collision

The service and experience that Donathan provided me during my journey to getting my vehicle fixed was amazing. Amazing, friendly staff! Super useful and patient with everything, including some of the smaller, more paranoid questions that everyone asks! You can feel the genuine care for getting your car taken care of, rather than trying to get you in and out as fast as possible.

Took awhile for me to get my Ram back to me...But i was okay with that. 410 Collision was always communicating to me and giving me updates. The late me know every detail of the process and why it was taking longer than usual. Their customer service is amazing. Everyone I dealt with clearly loves their job. I highly recommend.
