    "I wish I had been updated more proactively about the timeline of repairs. I had to call repeatedly on the days I was scheduled pickup only to be told it would be moved back. Thankfully I am a teacher so I didn’t have to worry about work, but this impeded my ability to get to an important trip and forced me to make last minute transportation plans. Had I been updated sooner, I could have had more options. I encourage you to be more transparent with customers when issues arise. Other than this one issue, repairs and cleaning were very well done. I appreciate the help I received."
