    "Job well done. However when I called back about my battery being dead & asking about if this was maybe caused by having my car on or hood etc. the lady who answered the phone was a total B***h to me and said well drive it around and get the alternator charged. Told her I couldn’t. Battery was dead. She said drive it up to auto zone and have them check it. Again told her it was dead and didn’t have anyone to jump me. She was so unprofessional and didn’t listen to anything I said. I was so frustrated. In the meantime my battery is on a charger. She never gave me her name. She did go ask service if they’re working on it had anything to do with battery being dead (2year old one) and she said it wasn’t anything they did. Thanks for listening"

    "The company enterprise Rent-A-Car that you do business with I called them the week before to confirm that I would have a car the day I was supposed to drop my truck off with you. I had the confirmation number. The guy said he didn’t need it. he had me brought up. Everything was taken care of. I asked for his name he wouldn’t give it to me. I asked him twice. I even ask him again if he wanted my confirmation number said he didn’t need it just to call him the day I brought my truck to you. That’s what I did. They sent this fine gentleman up there to pick me up. He says we don’t have no car for you after we got outside. I told him I called up there last Thursday to confirm this and they said to do just what I did and you’re telling me they have no car to make a long story short I own the Family business and run it the last 40 years we were in business for a total of 75.
