i first used First Class Autobody in 2011 we were just new here in Santa Rosa and coming from LA we were very skeptical of autobody shops because of our previous experiences. I am SO HAPPY that we were led to this place and people. Uriel has been very helpful and accommodating every time we needed help. The people at the front desk are very helpful and responsive too. I just call them and they help me with my insurance, car rental and to pick up my car which looks as good as new. They even do detailed cleaning and told me I can come back within 30 days to have it cleaned again. I am very happy with their service and recommend them to family and friends.
