Your work was beautiful and the car was nicely cleaned and washed. But I was really unhappy that you didn’t warn me ahead that the work on the side view mirror was not finished and that I would have to go to the dealer to have the camera calibrated before it would work. I had to cancel several appointments I had for the afternoon I picked the car up. And since I didn’t have a prior appt. at Honda, I had to wait over two hours for the work to be done. I really should have known about this in advance so that I could have planned accordingly.

Alejandra the front desk liaison is very professional and personable at the same time. Replaced the trunk and had to be repainted and a few dings repaired on the used part. The workmen’s ship was excellent. The color match is extremely close. However payed over quoted price. Therefore gave rating 4 stars rather than 5. I would recommend 1st Class as they are right up there with the best.
