She walked me through the process, gave me advice on how to deal with the insurance company, and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. Danielle was transparent in how long she believed repairs would take so I was not anticipating a “quick fix”. She paid attention to detail - even when that meant a delay in returning my car because she was not satisfied with the initial paint job and had them repaint it.
