Walt and Delores were the best to keep us informed of the repair of our truck. Due to the extensive hail damage and the storms in our area, our vehicle took a few months to repair. It was tough when the car rental was expired after a month and the insurance company took a while to approve the additional repairs needed.Thr truck was not totalled and they did a great job on the repairs. Thanks again.

I wish I could provide a 9 or 10 in this survey. The good: friendly and helpful staff. They are also knowledgeable and confident in how things should be done. The bad; My collision repair took a month. some of this was likely out of their control and related to the insurance company involved. I picked up the car and didn't have a lot of time to inspect for details. found a few things that needed to be corrected. After hearing the "pride in our quality of work" several times, was surprised to experience this. My dealer confirmed the correction was needed. The ugly; was promised a quick fix and have been waiting now for over two weeks with no feedback on how to get this done. Feeling forgotten. I really like working with the people there. They were awesome, but at the end of the day it is about results. Mine were lacking.

Poor customer service. I was not updated on my vehicle unless I called. I was told upon dropping my vehicle off that I would receive updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that did not happen. Regarding the repair, BMW told me the front tire was bent. I pick up my car after sitting with the repair shop 2 weeks that MAACO repaired the back tire instead. If the updates happened as I was told it would, I would have addressed why I a different wheel was repaired early on. Because I don’t trust that my car was repaired correctly, I now need to return to BMW to reinspect. This is very unfortunate.
