My Experience

2 of my cars had extensive hail damage, I was not looking forward to dealing with having to get them repaired. However, the staff meaning the lady at the desk and Bob in service made my my experience a very smooth and not complicated at all. I appreciate the wonderful customer service that I received and the open communication working with Hiley was very pleasant. i will be purchasing another car soon. And I will definitely make hiley my first stop. highly recommended for all repairs. thank you!

Bob and Jamie were great. The repair work looks like there was never any damage. I had the same great experience about three years ago when I needed some body work done. In the future, if I need this same type of service, I will definitely use them again.

I used Hiley Collision Center when it was Lakeside Chevrolet approximately three years ago. I was completely satisfied with their repair work then. I am also completely satisfied with their workmanship this time, too. Both times, the finished repair looked like nothing ever happened.

There was a couple of bright green paint marks on passenger side. But inwas able to rub out. Otherwise the repair looked very good.

Did a great job on the repair. But found a few bright green paint marks on passenger side. I was able to rub out luckily. Truck was amazingly clean, except for mud on driver side running board which was tranfered to gas and brake pedal. Other than that, all is good.
