    "Prompt customer service, helpful. Repair was done on time even though an additional work had to be done. There was small hiccup with rental vehicle that they did not communicate to company the length of time I needed rental, I had to call to have them notify their system & when I turned rental in they didn’t provide proper date so I had to contact insurance adjuster to have it extended to completion so was fully covered. But am very happy with service provided and the work done. Would recommend Desoto to friends & family and use them again if needed."
