    "I think the people did a great job in fixing the car. It looks great, and runs with no problem which was an amazing outcome compared to other experiences ive had with shops. My only complaint would be with the outreach. When i first called them, I left my number , and they told me that they would reach back out with this number and consistently I was never reached back. Instead , for some reason, they kept calling my boyfriend who in no way owns the car. While yes he was the one who drove the car at the time when the wreck happened, he was not the person to call about the fixes on my car. I don't know if that was just a miscommunication with the insurance people or something else, but oftentimes it would lead to a lack of update about my car and miscommunication. I thought if got fixed with our first call when she asked for my number amd supposedly wrote it down but it wasnt. This kept"
