Maddie was the one who made the process smooth and kept communication clear at all times. The repairs themselves were to a total satisfaction, they had given me an estimate of the repairs to be done in a week but they got it done within the week. The front desk lady (which I forgot her name, I’m really sorry about that) she was also super welcoming and even offered to return my rental car for me. Big shout out to her. Once again, thank you so much to the caliber collision staff, they did an amazing work.
