Sadly, after only a few weeks following hail repairs on my Lexus 350RXH, I had to return for more hail damage. Twice within a couple of months. Very frustrating. Nevertheless, Maddie and the crew were very attentive and responsive. After a couple more weeks of waiting, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle and it looked like new. Maybe another location .. but even then I probably would just steer them away. I went there thinking bc it’s a big company I would get good quality work without the hassle of being deceived and I had that exact experience.

At first there was a confusion as to what I wanted to repair. I received an estimate for only the bumper and not the shields under the vehicle. When I actually took the car in for repairs, a different person helped me. It seemed like the misunderstanding was fixed and thought I was going to have repairs done on what I actually wanted done. When I picked up my vehicle, at first glance it seemed like the broken pieces were fixed. I should have done a more thorough investigation because the shield that covers the area where the tire is (on the left side) is still broken!!!! Apparently only some of the pieces were fixed. Which I had asked for an estimate for all them to be fixed. Misunderstanding on both ends, probably. But I’m not familiar with Cars and I’m asking for all the broken pieces under the vehicle to be fixed … you would think they would include that part as well. Also, it continues to crack… and you guys obviously saw it. There was no initiative to see exactly what I wanted repaired.

First estimate wasn’t even for what I wanted repair. The second estimate I thought included all the broke. Pieces under the vehicle. It didn’t … so obviously what I wanted was never truly understood
