I was prompted to fill out this survey prior to all of the issues being resolved. That said, I fully expect things to work out. There was some damage done to my vehicle during the repair. We are currently in the process of getting that repaired as well.

The staff at Caliber Collision were super helpful and friendly. Maddie was the one who made the process smooth and kept communication clear at all times. The repairs themselves were to a total satisfaction, they had given me an estimate of the repairs to be done in a week but they got it done within the week. The front desk lady (which I forgot her name, I’m really sorry about that) she was also super welcoming and even offered to return my rental car for me. Big shout out to her. Once again, thank you so much to the caliber collision staff, they did an amazing work. To wrap things up I can’t stop thanking you Maddie because you went above and beyond in this process to help me out and of course to the technicians that repair my car. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!

Everything was fantastic! Communication was great! I was very pleased with everything except for one part. When I got my car back and got it home I realize that the side of the car that was fixed. The bottom panel is now two different colors. I wish that this would’ve been communicated to me so I would have been expecting it and planned to fix it myself. It is kind of crazy that the car was given back to me looking like that.

I was very satisfied with the communication and everything that went on with the repairs for my vehicle. I was happy to see that the car looked so great and I really appreciate that. The reason I gave an eight is because I was not made aware that the panels on the bottom of my doors would no longer match. I wish that I would’ve known that so I could’ve planned ahead instead of walking out to a car that looks a little goofy. I know that it can be fixed with a plastics restoration kit. I guess I’m just confused why that wasn’t done.
