I even enjoyed using the espresso machine in the lobby while I waited! I am truly grateful for your team because you made my car look brand new again. It’s as if it was never involved in an accident. I also greatly appreciated that your team reinstalled my front decorative license plate. As an added bonus, they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car, which was a wonderful surprise. My only suggestion for improvement is finding a different way to store customers’ belongings while repairs are being completed. My belongings were placed in a black trash bag, and becau"
